How do you get the team back down the court in short order? Add reaction time training to their practice sessions and speed up their turn around after every basket is scored. Using the Reflexx RLT system, set one of the five lights at the end of the sprint. The athlete must tap the light before the alarm sounds and then return and hit the light positioned at the other end of the course. Work on small space movements, throwing, jumping, and reaction to changes in the field. Set the light pattern or let it create a random program.
